原料介紹

Boswellin®是從齒葉乳香樹（俗稱乳香）的樹膠分泌物中分離出來的，含至少70%的有機酸和至少20%的乳香酸。乳香作為宗教儀式和香水生產及其藥用的性質已有數千年的歷史，在印度阿育吠陀醫學系統中，乳香酸被用於管理炎性疾病。

原料功效

Boswellin®具天然的抗炎作用，針對慢性炎症包括潰瘍性結腸炎、骨關節炎、腱炎、骨骼與肌肉炎性疾病、類風濕性關節炎、支氣管哮喘等。

炎症是一個複雜的過程，涉及一系列的作用和/或反應，以及人體免疫學觸發的各種生物活性物質（如緩激肽，組織胺，前列腺素，血栓素，羥基脂肪酸，白三烯，溶酶體酶和淋巴因子） 對組織損傷的反應。 白三烯是炎症和過敏過程中的重要介質，由花生四烯酸（一種在體內合成的必需脂肪酸）通過關鍵酶5-脂氧合酶（5-LO）產生。

1. 乳香酸是5-脂氧合酶的非競爭性抑製劑，因此抑制了白三烯的產生。

2. 乳香酸阻斷人類白細胞彈性蛋白酶（HLE）的活性，HLE是絲氨酸蛋白酶，在幾種炎症性疾病中起重要作用，如：囊性纖維化、肺氣腫、風濕性關節炎、慢性支氣管炎。

由此可見，乳香酸雙重抑制HLE和5-脂氧合酶，從而具有強大的抗炎效果。

Boswellin®誘導細胞凋亡，具有抗腫瘤活性。
